Work Description: garage construction 2 stalls

Comments: I hired Eric Simonson owner of Quality Renovations, to build a 2 stall garage that was to be added to my existing garage. It had to go before the zoning board and he never called in to the meeting and the permit was denied on September 29th. I have tried to call, message and email him with no response. I gave him a $13,000. deposit in August 2020, which he cashed the following week... the work was supposed to be started at the end of August. It is now October 7, 2020. I just want my full deposit returned of $13,000. He has not responded to any of my messages since September 29th.
