Work Description: A/C fan not running an house not cooling
Comments: From the time I submitted the information he contacted me in 20 minutes and was there within 45 minutes (and he was an hour away) Diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Explained what to do to keep unit efficient as the unit is over 12 years old and when the time comes to replace it he will definitely give him a good price. Only charged him $100

Comments: I have known Terry for 25 or 30 years. He is a man of his word, works hard, and is very reasonable. I am elated with him!-
