Work Description: I retained Daniel to paint a built-in full wall entertainment center, a small bathroom, and hang wallpaper in small powder room
Comments: At first glance his work looks well-done. Up close, though, is another story. I will have my son post pictures because they tell the whole story. When you open the doors on the bottom of the wall unit there are multiple thick dried drippings from top to bottom. There is paint on my wood flooring and more paint on my tile flooring in the upstairs bath. His pain trim is just a shoddy mess in the upstairs bath and he knows how to do it correctly because it is good at the ceiling on the wall unit. As for hanging wallpaper, there is no excuse for the wrinkles and bubbles in that paper. He has clearly never hung wallpaper in the past. When I expressed this to him -- I never heard a word back. Comments: Dan did an excellent job! He was always on time, & even offered to buy all the molding for me so that i wouldn't have to make the trip and most importantly he was METICULOUS !!! Work Description: Paint House And Front/Rear Main Doors
Comments: "Dan" was referred to me as "Bob". He explained his name was Robert Daniel Auman, hence "Rob". Rob told me my roof was missing shingles and he said there was a LOT of damage up there; gave me an additional quote for $1500.00! Showed me some pictures and told me there was much more damage. When he showed up to continue painting the house a day after it had rained hard ALL DAY, I wouldn't let him because all the wood was SOAKED to the core. Didn't know what a "Moisture Meter" was, a common tool for outdoor painters to be sure the wood is dry enough. So he worked on the roof from 10am to 3:30p, and said he was finished with my roofing repairs. Really? 5 hours with lunch and you did $1500.00 worth of work on the roof?He took money off/discounted the job, so that was alright; until the last day, when he "thought he was finished" and I had to remind him that he had power-washed both my front and rear doors, they had no paint on them, and the looked horrible! He fully intended to get paid and leave without finishing these items, even when we had discussed them earlier that very day. He begrudgingly painted the doors.
He does good work when he's not in a rush, but everybody knows what kind of work results from being in a hurry. You have to watch this guy. I'm an old contractor, and I know what's what; I was kind of insulted and surprised he tried to pull the fast ones and could get them by me....
Buyer, beware; watch this guy!
Work Description: Installation of Larson storm door.
Comments: Dan did a great job. He works hard, neat, and diligently until the job is done. Dan explained the work to be done before starting and even while the job is being done. He is very pleasant and I would ask him back for future projects and recommend him to others.Pearl River NY

Comments: Dan and his team did an amazing job installing a very large 9'x5' mirror that weighed almost 300 lbs. He carefully devised a plan that completed the job efficiently and safely. He led his team well, making sure that my hardwood floors and walls were protected during the installation process. He even cleaned the mirror to make sure it really shined. What I truly appreciated was that he explains what he will do before he does the job, which clearly allows you to visualize how the work will be done. That way, there are no surprises, and you know exactly how the process will go.Work Description: I hired Daniel to install an in-ground basketball hoop

Work Description: Deck #1 Wood 22x16 attached to existing structure. With 1 Set of Stairs and handrailing all around. Stockade privacy and lattice arount short side and stairs area.
Comments: I am in the process of building our new deck. A monster of a job 16x22. Not to worry, Dan and his Son Justin are on the job! I tell you when I looked at the footings, I thought I was looking at Stonehenge! 12 6" x 6" straight as an arrow perfectly aligned beams you could tell the Universe and it's mysteries by...impressive to say the least. I want to say so far so good. Very happy we made the choice to go with SAB. Cornwall has a new Carpenter for sure. Let you know how it finishes up......Manny
