We started off and just a pickup truck and have grown to A10 two 12 man crew and cover a lot of counties and consistently looking for ways to grow. Comments: Had them do a complete tear off and reshingle plus rebuild two chimneys. Total job close to $30k. They did the worst job leaving us with a leaking roof and thousands of dollars of damages directly caused by their work. They were incapable of fixing it themselves and now refuse further contact. Please do not use this company, they are have poor business practice and do a good job trying to cover it up. The contract does nothing. PLEASE do your research before considering their services. There are many complaints and active lawsuits against them!Cleveland OH

Comments: This company was very professional and honest. They provided the service I requested and went above and beyond to make the job right. I asked them about some of the carpentry work and they made the adjustments and didn't add to the cost. I was shock when they did it. I asked them what was my cost and they stated it was no additional charge, they just needed to make sure I would have no problems later with the installation. I highly recommend them. Comments: EXCELLENT!!!! These guys were beyond amazing! We have a large house (62,000 square feet of roof) - they did the removal and installation in 2 days! So professional!!! Marvin (supervisor) was awesome, made sure everything was perfect,. Quintero the installation team leader was fabulous - they cleaned up super well. Despite heavy winds, they worked late into the evening to make sure they would complete the work as quickly as possible, I would recommend them anytime - one of the best companies I have worked with!Lithia FL

Comments: BEWARE! Pole barn that Zach and S & K Construction and Remodeling built for us in 2015. The wet cement floor looks lovely but it cracked from front to back within a week of completion and was so rough in areas it is impossible to sweep it clean with a broom! There are splatters of cement all along the outside of the barn and on the interior of the door knob on the man door. The step plate on the man door was never secured. To correct this, an old piece of wood was shoved under it, as shown in the picture. There are multiple nails protruding through the interior. Nothing was ever recommended (insulation, etc) to remedy this Be forewarned if you're considering this contractor. We all work too hard for our money and when you contract a "professional" in good faith to do a job, you expect it to be done right!Cleveland OH

Comments: I started the process of obtaining estimate for new roof late may/early June. The owner Jim no call/no show on two separate appt. occasions. After finally getting estimate, we agreed in Mid June for a start date of Monday July 2 @8am. On 7/2 7am I received call that they could not start d/t rain expected (30% chance), and would be out on 7/3@8am. On 7/3 8:10am received call that they would not be coming d/t illness of a worker. Reluctantly scheduled for 7/5. 2:43pm same day got call that they would be out on 7/4. Received call later same day @7:12pm that they would not be out on 7/4. FINALLY they did come on 7/5 and 7/6.7/7 Jim came out to collect check and was informed of gutter that was not connected properly. Was informed that someone would be out 7/8 or 7/9 to fix. That never occurred. 7/10 I was contacted by text by the project manager that he was fired that that the company was holding his pay and that he was going to be putting Lien on my property. I immediately phoned Jim. Jim indicates that it was a disgruntled employee showing no empathy for my state of panic. When I also brought up that no one has come to fix gutter, Jim reported that he did forget and that someone would be out on 7/11. During that call, Jim agreed to write a compensatory check $200 for inconvenience. On 7/17 and 7/19 I texted Jim indicating no check has arrived. He replied on 7/19 that the check was mailed "yesterday". On 7/26 I sent text indicating that still no check. As of this writing. I have yet to receive any check. *During estimate process, Jim indicated that they would shingle small section of garage to make it match new shingles at no cost. That did not occur. Lesson learned on my part. Should have known when you get two no call/no show from the owner from the start that this was not going to go well. What a disaster.
