Work Description: Employee showed up 3hours late in his antique vehicle. Not professional-looking. Had auto mechanical problems. For some reason did not replace flange gasket ,backup flange, mounting ring.

I immediately contacted you and told you that we were having an issue with the vehicle ,that it broke down. The mechanic at the shop where we broke down near took him four times to get the belt correct. I kept in contact with you the whole time and offered to come at a different date. You said that it was no problem. Saying that we were three hours late is not fair. The old flange on the disposal is stainless steel and there's nothing wrong with it. That's why it wasn't replaced. If you would've asked we could have done it. When you get the same brand disposal the flange is never replaced unless there's something wrong with it. We installed a disposal and changed the shower head for $150. That's a very good price. I'm not sure what we could've done differently. Unfortunately some days things don't go perfect. Couldn't control the vehicle breaking down. If anyone should be getting a bad review it's the mechanic for taking for times to get the correct belt!
