Work Description: Install of air handler

Comments: Milton is unprofessional and unlicensed to do HVAC work. I paid Milton over $2500 and he installed the wrong equipment that would not cool or heat properly. Even though he said I had a warranty on parts and labor he refused to come and remedy the issue. I ended up hiring a reputable company and suing and winning a judgement against this man. Please use at your own risk.

Work Description: Install two 3 ton heat pumps and air handlers in existing system

Comments: Mr Milton Thomas is not qualified to install. He is not the man he represents himself to be. He not only installed my units incorrectly, but damaged the interior of my home in the process. He put the condensation drain in wrong and it leaked into my ceiling, he scratched my hardwood floors and damaged my hallway floors. That was the second floor. The ground floor was not hooked up correctly so I can't put the filter on the air handler. Do not use this company. Any questions call 6783780188
