Douglas has a Dual BSBA in Productions/Operations Management and Business Economics. He brings over 20 years of experience running small businesses that consulted with Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. His experience creating systematic and repeatable processes is invaluable as Royal Remodeling expands into new markets. He brings a management style based on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Ryan Richter - HAAG Roof Inspector/Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certified (IICRC)

Ryan brings 13+ years of experience in roofing/remodeling. Ryan has climbed and diagnosed roof repairs and assisted with insurance claims across the country. He is one of the elite HAAG Certified roof inpsectors in the State of Georgia. Ryan is trained to use Xactimate software, the insurance industry standard, and is an expert when representing both residential and commercial insurance claims.

Frank Gearl - Production Manager

Frank has 18+ years of experience in construction/remodeling. He has extensive management experience running multi-million dollar home service companies. His focus has always been based on customer service. Frank believes that education and communication are the backbone to exceeding customer expectations. Frank has completed advanced Xactimate training, the insurance industry standard, and is a valuable asset training our sales team and maintaining our customer centric culture.
