Work Description: Masonry and tuckpointing, but they never did the work
Comments: I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not hire them, they will not give you your deposit back if they don't start the work on time. They are all around untrustworthy. We signed a contract in late September 2021 for masonry repair work and tuckpointing. The contract said they were supposed to start in 3 weeks, but they did not. They always had some excuse. We also called numerous times to get their contractor's license number to get a permit from the City of Chicago for the work, but they always had an excuse why they could not give it to us. It turns out they did not have a license. After a month and a half, the work was not started, and we asked for the deposit back. They haven't given the money back. On top of it all, they did try to send a subcontractor out (without our permission or a permit), which we learned only because we called to get our money back on the day they did so. At that time, the temperature was under 40 degrees outside, and it was raining and snowing. After a few calls, and promises that we would get the deposit back, they now refuse to answer the phone. They were rude last time we talked, and hung up the phone. We have not received any part of the deposit back. We had hired them for a previous job, some of which they did well. However, they installed a gutter incorrectly so the water does to go down the drain, but flows over the gutter (which is what the old gutter did, which is why we hired them). They refuse to come fix that, even though thy promised. Do not trust them.Chicago IL

Comments: Stan the owner delivered what he promised. Good work on my siding installation. Very straight forward guy. Very competitive price. Did not cut corners in material, labor, time. Comments: Stan is the man he came and gave me an estimate on the work to be done. I agreed to the work and he was there sooner than expected. When I got home from work the job was completed in one day, and it looked great just like Stan promised. Comments: Stan was prompt and gave us a good estimate. The project was done within a week. There was a small issue, Stan was out the same day and was rectified later that day. Thanks for your promptness Stan. Would recommend.-
