Comments: I’m not a mr.rosales client, I was working for him for the past 3 weeks, a very disappointing experience. from the beginning we had troubles about quality vs speed, he was always yelling to me to do the things faster, I know that I’m not the faster worker, but I also know that I do the things in a moderate speed, focus on quality, doing it right. that was my answer to mr. rosales: “ some things require some time to make it right “, getting an answer from mr.rosales: “ I don’t have time for that “. and that was I have seen during this three weeks on the jobs I have worked ( xxx decour Court / Fairfax / VA, xxx lake meadow drive / Burke / VA ) : 1. floor innapropiately installed ( with a baseboard installed before the floor, making the floor doesn’t be all the way to the wall, and separated from the baseboard, hiding this mistake with a chimolde ) 2. kitchen backsplash installed over broken drywall ( saving time on fixing this drywalls, that backsplash not gonna last to much ) 3. painting lines not straights 4. bumps on drywall installed 5. extra tiles who have to been returned to the owner ( in case he or she have buy it ) wasn’t returned. 6. I’ve heard commentary like “ come and help me fast I don’t wanna the owner see how I’m doing this ) I’m writing this review becouse I’m very mad with this person, who every week he was paying me less money that we agreed before. saying me “ I’m paying you less becouse you are slow “ every week the same. I don’t have pictures to support my statement becouse I quit the work before I could taken the photos, but I would like to warn the people who are thinking hire mr. rosales, I’m currently starting a legal situation to make him pay me what he didn’t give it to me. I truly don’t like this kind of people who take advantage from workers for his situations.-
