Work Description: Ran his cable through my drain and cleared a small amount of tree roots.

Comments: When asked to run his cable gently through a 1 foot long galvanized pipe under my sink, he ran his cable it 3 feet and punctured my plastic elbow on the drain under my sink. This caused a flood in my cabinet, which is still drying out.

Work Description: Needed to replace a leaky shower drain.

Comments: The company called and scheduled 3 times before they actually arrived. The technician seemed to do a good job but did not have the correct parts and left for more than an hour to get the parts. My main concern was the cost. RooterHero in their online advertising states "We provide up-front pricing before the work begins! With Rooter Hero there's no hidden fees, no surprises." No 'upfront' price was offered, and I fault myself for not asking before the work was started. The ending charge was twice what I expected for replacing a 3 foot piece of plastic pipe. The invoice offers no breakdown (parts, service call, tip charge or what ever. Since the work was already done, I felt obligated to pay it. Following the experience, I will never use the services of Networx or RooterHero Plumbing again or recommend them to anyone else.
