Work Description: Covered up faulty work that is showing up now, refuses to fix it.
Comments: Rome Leite Home Improvement Contractor https://g.co/kgs/BVvxJNI dont like having to share a negative experience, but I have no choice. Rome Leite completely ruined the front siding of my house in Bethel. We hired him to paint it, but his team sanded too deeply and then used caulking or some type of putty to fill in / cover up the the areas they damaged during the job. Less than a year later, the entire front is cracked, peeling, and looks terrible. When I attempted to reach out to him, he showed up with an arrogant attitude and never returned. He is unresponsive to calls or emails. Overall he demonstrates a lack of professionalism and responsibility to the mistakes his employees make. I posted pictures below for reference:
