Work Description: Install 2 gates
Comments: I was left with the impression that the contractors were vetted. That is why you call a referral service, less to worry about right? So Victor Rodriguez was sent, a deal was made, a contract signed. I gave him $800 for materials up front and that was the last time I saw the guy. After a several days of excuses it was looking more and more like I had been scammed. Turns out I was sent a felon with a clear history of taking the upfront payment and running. I'm sorry I used this service and Victor Rodriguez is going to be sorry he scammed me.-
