Work Description: Foundation

Comments: The foundation has a whole side that is messed up, and the corner needs repaired. The workers left trash all over my yard, and when they finished, they dumped the cement by the fence. I told Rodger that I could not open my fence, so he came and broke it up. He said he would come back to remove it and never did.
The entire year, last year, my contractor has been messaging Rodger to come and fix the side/corner of the foundation, and Rodger keeps putting it off. I realize that 2020 was not a great year, and when we got into the rainy season, it made sense to hold off. But now, it is past Summer. My contractor continued to message him during the Summer, and now I have started messaging him too.
Rodger is not responding at all.
I am still waiting to hear anything from him.

Comments: Rodger and his team communicated well, showed up on time, worked hard and did high quality work, at a fair and reasonable cost. Having worked in construction for many years, it's a rare find to get a local contrator who hits all the marks! I would highly recommend Star Lake.

Work Description: He built a driveway and retaining wall.

Comments: I was very impressed.

Work Description: Removal and replacement of concrete slab on front walkway. Elevated due to enlarging tree root, concrete replaced with with much nicer looking pavers.

Comments: Very happy with work, very happy with courteous contractor. Would recommend him for my further work and to anyone else.
