Work Description: SCAM
Comments: Be VERY careful when hiring Joe Swan!!He was supposed to pave a driveway and install channel drains at our home and said he could complete the job quickly. My husband and I sued Joe Swan and won… we still haven’t received payment from Joe.
Once Joe received the 50% deposit he was not reliable. He hardly answered any phone calls or return texts. When confronting Joe on not showing up he started yelling and cursing. We had to cancel the contract because it was too late in the year to pour concrete.
Save your money and DO NOT hire Joe Swan!!
