Performed: start-up/fire off of residential mechanical systems, installed exhaust vent piping/flexible exhaust vent piping, installed range hoods w/range hood vent piping, installed dryer vent piping and low voltage and 220 voltage trouble shooting and repair. Also, Installed: mechanical/mercury bulb/digital and programmable thermostats for residential homes.

Work Description: New Installation and Service Contract
Comments: Mr. Robinson, repair team installed my Carrier unit and also recommend a service contract. For several months (5) the unit functioned like it supposed too. During the first service, the unit begin to under preform and have required an technician to service the unit. Fast forward to now 08-13-20, this AC unit is seriously under-preforming during the peak of the summer months and Mr. Robinson decides to remove himself from the service contract and I am left with a unit that needs much help. Its sad, yet I have separated myself from Calvin Robinson Repair and Maintenance. Stay far away from this company they are bad news.Tallahassee FL

Work Description: AC repair: Mr. Calvin Robinson sent two different employees who gave two different repair conclusions. I’m not even sure which one was true. I am not sure if either one knows what they are doing. I am not sure if Mr. Robinson knows what he is doing. Five weeks later my AC is still not fixed. My home was extremely hot for five days. Mr. Robinson had no care or heart. My wood floor is damaged. His employees’ excuse was that the Freon has leaked out, and he did not want to come in and check. He told us that Mr. Robinson refused “to add any more Freon as it is costly”. “You will just have to wait for the part to arrive”. I do not think he has a heart or a care in this world for us human being...sadly.
