Work Description: Install new gutter and down spout on 1st floor roof emptying out onto sidewalk.
Comments: Was quoted $200. A couple days before the work was done Rick called and said he couldn't get his regular guy to do the work and it would cost another $75. From the start I was under the impression that he was doing the work himself, not subcontracting it our to someone else. The down spout has no curved piece at the bottom... it just points down at the ground which will erode the ground away and was not how it was described at the time of the quote... ie emptying out on the sidewalk! Rather a disappointing experience!

Work Description: Richard put on a metal roof for me, gutters, and a bathroom in my basement. He also put in a wall, a sidewalk, and windows.
Comments: I am quite happy with his work. Everything he does I am quite pleased with.-
