They gave me a quote on the spot and also what the steps they needed to take to repair the leak. I called other companies but felt that they gave me the runaround. I liked that they told me exactly what they needed to do and gave me a fixed price. They sent a crew over the next day and quickly repaired the roof. They were very professional and did a great job! In both instances, he did extra work to ensure that our buildings were safe from future water damage, repairing parts of the house that were damaged and making recommendations to protect our siding. Comments: Worst experience with a business ever. This business stated a start and completion of a contract in 4-5 weeks. They didn't even start for almost a year after. It's been a year and a half and they still haven't finished. They installed steps to my basement which leaked immediately and concrete developed cracks due to lack of footing and poor preparation. They attempted to repair and caused even more damage to paver patio surrounding. The concrete on the steps they installed off my porch immediately developed cracks. These guys took 18k out of my pocket and left my property in worse condition then when they started. The project will have to be completely redone and all damages unrelated will need repair. They are not standing behind their work.

What I find so interesting is that my wife found these guys online saying they had great reviews. Unfortunately I did not research before the project. The truth is that all these reviews are fake. Take it from me I wish I would have read a review about it sooner. Ngadhenjim "Jim" and Mentor "Matt" Ukshini and their friends and relatives give themselves 5 star ratings. There is fake ones on this page and all other review sites. Save yourselves the headaches and do your due diligence with this fraud of a company. I have documented all the instances to send with my complaints to the licensing board. This business does not deserve a license, they really don't know what they are doing.

Comments: I called up many other highly rated companies (I literally called everyone) in the north jersey area and received the best price and most thoroughly explained service from Right Team for the Flat roof replacement. During the work they take before and after pictures and call you with image proof if something additional needs to be replaced instead of replace and bill you later. They also handled talking with the town to get correct permits and took care of garbage disposal.

They responded to all my questions and inquiries quickly and I am very happy with their service. I am continuing to use them for my other home and will refer to my friends/family.

Comments: The team repaired the chimney and did flashing around the it on the roof. I have not had any leaks from the repair. I did however have a new leak after they did work on the roof and called them to fix it. They came back and fixed it. Two issues, when they left the first time there was brick chips that needed to be cleaned up and the roofing shingles do not match my roof. I have average on punctuality because there were promises of when they could come and then they had to change it.

I have an older roof & they could have easily tried to “scare” me into doing a complete overhaul. Instead, I’m just replacing some loose shingles and Jimmy advised me that if I just keep up with the shingle maintenance, I can go another year or two before I need to do a roof replacement.

I didnt think anyone would respond let alone show up with everything to help but they answered and treated my case with the highest priority. Within 35 minutes, 2 technicians showed up and cleared out my issue. I had a clog and if left untreated, could have caused health issues and other dangers. They even gave me a list of recommendations to protect myself in the future. Stand up guys all around.

Comments: Several weeks ago I was in search of finding the right company - that could provide the best quality of work for the price – to handle a sizable hardscape/paver project for around my home… walk path to the front door, driveway, back yard patio area, stone wall, and steps from our deck into the backyard, etc. Let me say the work involved was not trivial.

After getting estimates from a few places, and then meeting with Matt & Jimmy from Right Team , I decided to go with Right Team … reason – Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for, offered suggestions, had a fair price/estimate, and said he would be physically doing work on the job with his guys each day (and estimated 4 day effort). In addition, I needed to trust that the job would be completed on-time as my wife and I had planned a huge outdoor party for the following week.

True to his word, Matt and his crew were at my home promptly every morning and worked nearly non-stop 12 hours each day. At the end, the stone/paver work they did was completed on-time, as planned, and looks absolutely fantastic !! It received many complements from people at our party and has made the outside appearance of our house so much richer and attractive.

Even more surprising was Matt’s post-project walkthrough and follow-up to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the results.

Right Team did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

We needed to find someone we could trust with this historic gem who would do the job right, on time, and for a fair price, all while respecting the original craftsmanship. Right Team Construction exceeded our expectations. They were so easy to work with, gave us a wonderful price, and got this immense job done in less than 4 days. All of the workers were kind, respectful, and understanding of the fact that I work from home and needed as much quiet as possible given the circumstances. They cleaned up after themselves and taught me how to take care of my fireplaces to ensure a safe and healthy home. I would highly recommend them to anyone - old home or new! We sing a one more contract to do my Pavers next year on March .

Comments: Jim and his work crew were the best, very professional, courteous, and meticulous to detail, they totally tore up my forty year old four car driveway that was a real mess and entirely re did with a Pavers Cambridge , as well as Pavers my long alley way, and under my elevated deck, they did a super nice job, and Jim's is prices can't be beat. I plan on hiring Jim and his crew in the very near future to replace the retaining wall around my yard and to repair parts of my brick foundation. Comments: I had a terrible roof leak into my kitchen area last month and needed roofers ASAP. The first roofing company charged me a ridiculous amount just to "patch" the roof which they did horribly. Righ Team gave me a new roof and did it for a reasonable price compared to the other contractors . I worked with Matt and Jimmy and he explained everything to me. The other techs that had to come by the house were also helpful and tried to explain what the problems were to me and my husband and even took several pictures to send to my insurance company. Comments: Righ Team has been nothing but professional and friendly. I had a clogged chimney in my home at 8PM. I didnt think anyone would respond let alone show up with everything to help but they answered and treated my case with the highest priority. Within 40 minutes, 2 technicians showed up and cleared out my issue. I had a clog and if left untreated, could have caused health issues and other dangers. They even gave me a list of recommendations to protect myself in the future. Stand up guys all around.
