Work Description: I hired Rick to paint my deck based on his knowledge and communication skills. He wasn't the cheapest quote by a long shot but he clearly knew what he was talking about and I trusted him. When it was time for him to finally come do the work he stopped responding to my texts and calls. Eventually after weeks of trying to reach him he finally texted "I can't paint your deck, sorry."

I understand he needs to take the jobs that pay his bills and maybe my deck wasn't high on his list, but he strung me along for months and he left me scrambling to find someone else to do the job at the last minute. Extremely unprofessional.

Work Description: Rick was first to call and first to meet me to evaluate my project. He provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. He and his employees worked hard and did the job right! I was confident throughout the project that I was in good hands.

Work Description: He has done painting work in our house, as well as laying tile.
