Work Description: Backyard fence.
Comments: Attention to detail. Due to grading issues, Richter recommmended 12 ft posts, 2x12 kicker and a 3rd rail. That is what I wanted, but he was the only contractor and stated this preference without my having to ask. Punctual, neat, and kept in contact until job was complete.-
