Work Description: Landscape border and river rocks
Comments: He installed the landscape border and river rocks in February. I texted Mr. Richardson about the inconsistency of the border color a couple of days after installation. He said it would take a weekor 2 to cure and promised to come back to look at it and apply another sealant. He has given me 4 appointments to come out to address my concerns. He doesn’t show up or call. He is apologetic and gives me another date when I contact him. I resisted doing a bad review, but this is really poor customer service.
