Our Company

Formed in 2013, Revive Design and Construction is a company that restores and renovates residential properties. The company was formed by Ryan and Michelle Fowler and Josh Webb. Ryan and Michelle bring five years of experience with running their own company working on REO properties completing general repairs, painting, landscaping, and clean outs. Josh brings over ten years of experience working on general bath and kitchen remodels and has owned his own construction company for three years as a licensed general contractor. Together we bring over 15 years of experience in construction on residential properties. Revive Design and Construction is focused on taking on projects from general repairs to entire rehabs on properties for the interior and exterior of homes. Our clients consist of Home Owners, Investors, Property Preservation companies, Real Estate agents and Asset Managers. We have developed and maintain strong relationships with our clients by following our core values. Our company provides quality services and is continually growing our great reputation throughout the region.


Licensed and Insured

Revive Design and Construction is licensed as a General Contractor with the State of California. We are also insured up to legal standards and recommendations including workers compensation and general liability insurance.
