Work Description: Some came and made comments and wrote out a description. He charged us despite my stating that online they said there would be no charge for estimates.
Comments: I went online to inquire about getting advice on heat pumps. Online they said there would be a free estimate for someone to come out. Someone came on 4/28, made some comments to address our concerns, charged us $99.00 plus tax, we paid and we have not received any info since then. Is this a scam?-
