Work Description: Badly gouged solid wood Bamboo floors needed to be replaced.
Comments: My son set up his double base pedal and after practicing, noticed that the pedal had left very deep grooves in my wood floor. The floors were put in by the previous owner and I had no extras remaining. I called several different people that came out to look at the problem but either they never got back to me or they were perplexed about how to handle the situation. Then, I came upon the number for Teyon Peters at Reliable Restorations and I only wish I would have found him sooner. I have NEVER in all my 59 years experienced customer service such as what Teyon delivered. He came to my home at the appointed time, and took control of the flooring problem. And, it did require quite a bit of managing. The flooring had been discontinued but Teyon was able to locate 2 boxes of it in an out of state warehouse and asked Home Depot to order it for him. Teyon and his installer did a wonderful jpb of putting the new boards in and I am thrilled that he was able to get this done for me because otherwise the entire floor may have needed to be ripped up and replaced. I believe I was charged a very fair amount for this work and I was always treated with the utmost respect at all times. Whenever Teyon said he would call with information or be at my home, he was true to his word.Smyrna GA

Work Description: Bathroom redo on 1963 ranch on crawl space
Comments: I had a need in my own home for large repair to be done fast. Teyon Peters and his Reliable crew took out the bathroom subfloor,rebuilt the floor, tiled, added baseboard,installed vanity and new toilet and were done in four days. They were amazing- a couple minor problems that Teyon handled efficiently and diplomatically. I will definately use them again and recommend to my customer base.
