Comments: We would DEFINITELY use PFC again! Willis Preston was excellent at communicating....responsive and responsible. His guidance and professional advice was great throughout the whole process. He was patient and thorough with me with all my questions for months leading up to the project start date. Of all of the contractors of used throughout the remodeling of our home, he was the best of them. The scope was always clear, the workmanship was top notch...the people that worked on the project were great and trustworthy...and Willis was great at talking through any issues that came up (issues with the home, not issues with him or his work). I cannot stress how great it was to have them install hardwood flooring throughout my first floor. I manage tech/business related projects for a living. His skill and professionalism, fit and finish was top notch!Cincinnati OH

Comments: My wife and I hired Willis and his team at Preston Floor Care to refinish our hardwood floors for our new house. From the very start, Willis was very responsive and helpful. We contacted several vendors to get quotes and had difficulty getting them to even return a phone call, but Willis was prompt with his communication. Throughout the entire project, Willis kept us informed of the progress and was prompt to answer all of the many questions we had for him. PFC's quality of work is as impressive as their communication - Willis and his team did a fantastic job on our floors. Comments: To sum it all up into one word.... GREAT! I had my living room and hallway hardwood floors refinished. They came when they said they would, they worked around my schedule, they were professional and did a fantastic job. They even took the time to spot try different finishes to assure my complete satisfaction and went over the best way to care for my floors. I love my newly refinished floors and am anxious to have them come back and do my bedrooms. Highly recommend this company FYI the floors have held up wonderfully even with a teenager, 2 dogs and 1 cat..
