Work Description: paver and repaires
Comments: We hired this business to do the pavers in the backyard. Kessly promised us this will be a worry free for doing the business with him. The pavers that Kessley and his team put down were put over the top of 1 of the zones valve system. That zone went bad and we couldn’t find it. Had to hire people to find it and move all the zones. They had to take up some of the pavers to fix it. That cost us $650. Now we need to replace the pavers. I have reached out to Kessley several times and he responded Yes then stop giving the date and time he would repair for us. It happened in the past. The after-sale service is horrible and he drags you down and delays the repair for moths. It is a big investment for us and we trust Angie / home advisor select the right people for their business. I have pictures and texting messages as proof. He has the bad reputation on the best business bureau.
