In 2009, when Ready Pros was incorporated, our founder and President, Myriam Cimbrelo gave a simple yet sometimes challenging directive of what Ready Pros was to be all about - SOLUTIONS. This single word would embody the essence of achieving total customer satisfaction and would dictate not only our actions with our clients, but also with our employees and vendors alike.
As President of a woman owned business, Myriam immediately recognized that in order for Ready Pros to succeed it was going to have to go above and beyond the level of service and satisfaction provided by others - Ready Pros would accomplish this by "setting a higher standard".
