Comments: Guy was good in beginning came out tried a few times bees were stubborn . Tried a few different ways to get rid of them then nothing. Many messages and calls and nothing from him . Cold weather came so i do not know if gone or just dormant for winter . Wish he would have finalized and made sure they are gone not just assume they are gone. Comments: Randy called immediately after I requested a quote and spoke with a level of customer service that is rare these days. He knew exactly what my bee infestation needed and booked an appt for the next day. This incredible man has vast knowledge of all types of pests (he lives it it with a real passion) but is able to explain details without talking down to you. He showed up on time, went right to work and was done in 30 minutes. He used the left over chemical around my windows just to be safe and not waste any. Cleaned up without a trace. I felt the price was reasonable considering he had to climb up on a 25 foot ladder to get to the nest and never complained. The best part - he is a walking talking ray of sunshine - he is funny and endearing - I didn't want to let him leave! He will be my first and only call if I have any kind of pest problem.
