Our Process - We take a detailed phone description of your problem and how you would like it solved. If we can't determine the scope of the problem, we perform a free inspection to arrive at a more accurate work order. Work Description: We were told it would take 12 business days for our bathroom remodel project. It took over 4 months. The quality of the workmanship was very poor. Materials ordered were wrong and never checked until installation time causing delays. The tile work was sloppy -- uneven tile placement and terrible grouting. The project manager did not check on the progress or quality of the work until things had to be delayed or redone. Our bathroom was left in a terrible mess for days at a time. The shower faucets both leak--still. RCM tried to fix the problems (uneven tiles, grout haze and discoloration, shower leaks, drawer not closing properly) but they were never successful.
Comments: RCM did stick to their bid, but that was the only positive thing I can say about this experience. I would definitely never recommend them.-
