Work Description: Eddie showed up on time. I explained my need. He then told me the cost. I agreed. He went to work. While he was working I asked him if could install a new faucet. He then told me the cost. He also explained about my old water lines. He looked over the lines and told me he would put the faucet in. The cost for the day seemed with in my budget. When finished he check for leaks. The next morning the Bathroom was wet. I called and a wee bit later the owner came by. He looked over the site and told me more then I needed about how old the water lines were And when Eddie told me chances of this happening. I felt imformed. He then took all my water lines out and put new ones in. He then showed me the back of my toilet. He then suggested I might consider replacing the water lines. So I did.
Comments: 1. Edie showed up on time. 2. he explained what he had to do. 3. He did not waste any time doing the job. 4. I feel he gave me a brake on the faucet. 5. Eddie was upbeat and willing to talk to me. This gave me control. 6. The next day,Saturday, when I found the leak the Owner showed up. He took his time to look over the problem. He then told me what he had to do.He also explaned there would be no weekend rate. While he was working on the water leak he mention that my toilet was put in at the same time. He explained what might happen. He gave me a price on the faucet and toilet. I agreed. When the bill came it was less weekend fee and smaller the he quoted. I really like RC in there approach to handling the whole situation. I cut out there address from the invoice to put on the Fridge. They SHOULD HAVE MAGNETS. O yes I dumped all the other plumbing magnets. GREAT JOB RCIone CA

Work Description: Needed to have a water heater installed.
Comments: New water heater was underperforming. Original plumber (not RC) would not return my calls. Needed to switch out water heater with another new one. RC Plumbing called me back promptly. They were helpful in trying to trouble shoot. I did not use their services but was very appreciative of their willingness to help me.Woodbridge CA
