Greg Ravlin started this company in 2001. Greg grew up in the construction industry with his father Paul Ravlin building custom homes in the Dayton area. Greg's mother was a successful realtor with Irongate for 30 years.
As a child Greg learned with hard work and a can do attitude that anything is possible. After years in the trade Greg decided it was time to start his own business. The lessons Greg learned from his father about customer satisfaction and delivering what you promise, has made our business a success from day one.
