Work Description: Came to charge a split ac unit, but found it had a leak that was unable to be fixed because it's such an old unit. He was able to give us a couple estimates for new units.

Work Description: We had a leak in our in our split AC that caused freezing.
Comments: Moe Khan arrived on time. He was friendly and Honest and explained everything he was doing. We had to have a hose sealed and gas added.He told us that the repairs would hold. Furthermore, If we had a problem, he would come again to repair it again. The AC is running perfectly.

Work Description: Repair of one non-working a/c; and cleaning and tune-up of both a/c's (if he could get the non-working one to work, it would be both).
Comments: Mr. Moe Kahn, the owner of R&Z was very quick to call; appeared on time the next day; got the non-working unit working (via remotes); cleaned and tuned both ac's; and did it fast and cheerfully, for a very reasonable price (far less than the bigger companies charge, just to show up).He's pricing out the digital control panel (for replacement) -- even though it works fine via remote (without the replacement part), I'll feel more secure when the problem panel's fixed. His approach is thorough, but always with an eye towards trying to save me some money (which I really appreciate.) He'll get back to me when he's got the part, and I'll update the review, when he's installed it.
If it seems like a rave review, it is. He's the kind of honest, fair repairman that I thought had become an anachronism. The nicest thing you can do for your ac's and your budget is to give Moe a chance. Thank me later ... call him now (before we get an India-style heat wave, and your ac's on life support conk out.)
