Work Description: Blocked storm drain in driveway with underground drain line.
Comments: Rick and his son snaked out 120 ft of drain line with state of the art equipment. Although greatly improved the drain was still slow and the exit remained blocked near the street and its location unknown. He returned on Sunday with dye tablets that allowed us to determine the location fo the drain exit. He is a knowledgeable professional and charges competitive rates.Marcus Hook PA

Comments: Rick came out on a Sunday to just give us an estimate to replace our shower faucet, (I attempted to fix myself and it didn’t go well)He saw that we have four small children and said he would just stay and do it . With school starting in the am he really came thru for me. His knowledge and workmanship was just off the chart . Showed me how to do it. Gave me some tips on a few other projects I have going on throughout the house. We really appreciate his work and time.He also is awesome to shoot the shit with great stories of plumbing etc . Comments: No mistaking, Rick is a nice guy who you could sit and have a nice conversation with, but unfortunately, he isn't someone who I follows good business practices. He did install the faucet and clean the drain, but he failed to check for leaks. In my case, the leak was missed and he failed to come back to remedy the oversight, after making promises that he was going to stop by either first thing on the morning or at dusk. I don't know if he's a person who falls victim to circumstance, but I can't do business with people like that in the future. The only thing that is great about Rick is that for the amount of work he did right, was on point for what the typical plumber charges--so there is no loss there. Thankfully the kitchen is going to be remodeled in the future, so the problem can permanently be fixed then. A nice guy yes, but a nice guy doesn't mean that they are reliable and the best person for the job.Dane WI

Comments: I would recommend R&M, we have used their services before.Called R&M on 12/10 for service and they came out the same day, assessed the problem, gave us our options to repair or replace boiler with a quote for each and we decided to replace it. I ordered the boilder on 12/14 to be delivered on 12/16 and R&M was at my home promptly at 8AM to remove old boiler and installed the new boiler when it was delivered around 10 AM and was done approximately around 12 PM. Our heat was restored with no problems. We also received several calls for the next 3 days making sure everything was running smoothly.
