Work Description: Central A/C - Install/Replace
Comments: We hired Rich after he saw our ad on here to install our AC. Rich is a very nice and respectful individual who showed great patience when we hit some difficulty regrading our HOA, which delayed the project. However, similar to most contractors, when it came to meeting for evaluations or installations, Rich would either call to cancel and reschedule at the last minute or not show up at all a few times before he actually did. He actually did not complete the installation since we had to wait until summer when temperatures were high enough for tuning the AC.After setting up and meeting time twice and he coming up with last minute excuses not to show up, we got the message that he will not show up because we already had paid him in full and he does not care about sticking to his word.
If you decide to hire Rich, make sure not to pay him until he delivers his work fully and completely. Learn from our mistake as no contractor can be trusted to be ethical nowadays.
