Comments: Kevin Lacks the necessary management skills to run a successful landscaping business namely basic courtesy, customer service, scheduling and timeliness. Specifically he did not show up at all on several occasions or at the time he specified with no explanation unless I texted or called him. I asked him several times to lower the lever of the lawn mower. He simply wouldn't do it. So my grass looked like it needed mowing 5 days after he mowed it.Fairfax VA
