Work Description: This Company came out to look at a service we needed HVAC . I did not hear back for over a week from him. I emailed three times called and got the run around from Networx. I finally got a email after 7 days later saying "we do not have the time to do your order" and to contact HomeAdvisor. Unbelievable. led us on and all I heard from a receptionist. I would get a call back the person is at the dentist !!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Michelle, we did let you know we would take care of this for you and that we are short handed at the moment. 2 lead guys are gone. One on vacation and one at the hospital with his daughter who is on life support after tragic car accident. We have all we can do right now to keep up with plumbing and no cooling calls as priority over your 20 plus year old attic that you now want to add an attic fan too. Sorry if we disappointed you and try to remember we are all human and trying to serve our customers who need it the most these next few weeks
