Comments: He pulled a permit under his company's name for another contractor who did not have licenses. He was supposed to be supervising the job. He never showed up until I called the NC Electrical Board and the HVAC Board. I took him to small claims court, and he never showed up.He uses a different address that is listed on his business. He will take your money and not show up. Do not trust Phillip Cooper. or PT Cooper HVAC.Raleigh NC

Comments: HE TOOK OUR DEPOSIT AND DID NOT DO THE JOB. DO NOT TRUST HIM. Please check his BBB and fb page. He has done this to other people. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. Gave him a $1,500 deposit and then excuses started coming in. A month went by and nothing has happened. I have filed a complaint with the board of examiners.Durham NC

Comments: I do not wish to have my name associated with this review or contractor. Very late, very long and did not appear very familiar with most common systems. I would NOT recommend this contractor to anyone. I will not go into detail about this job for fear of retaliation.
