Note: The life of your new roof depends upon the quality of materials and workmanship. Our services includes updating the ventilation system as needed to insure adequate flow of air through the attic space. Due to heat shrinkage over the years, we provide sealing as needed around flashing, chimneys, sky lights, etc. We will insure that your roof is eligible for the full length of our and the manufacturers warranty.
