Description: Hello! My name is Jeff Rachell, owner of Professional Home Improvement LLC. PHI has been working on homes for approximately 31 years. I started out by completing a apprenticeship program provided by the state of Indiana in 1978. I received a job working as a painter assistant at Fort Harrison military base. After I left there in 1980 I decided to take matters into my own hands.
That is when I decided to start my own home improvement business. Soon after I was hired by a rent to own company and became the lead contractor renovating and repairing HUD homes all across the city. As the years pass my skills and knowledge grew in all aspects of home renovation. I've worked for many investors, landlord, business owner and homeowners.
