Work Description: Replaced two water heaters in 3rd floor attic.
Comments: Excellent start to finish. I sent Jim the owner photos of the current water heaters and he was able provide a quote and schedule the work almost immediately. The Pro Plumber installer Virgil and his assistant arrived on time and began work immediately and were finished in less than 3 hours, including removal of the old heaters and clean up of the work areas upon completion. Both wore masks, shoe covers, and gloves throughout the process. Also, the price provided by Pro Plumber was well under that quoted by another plumbing company I had used previously for other plumbing work and the quote was honored to the dollar.
