We will listen to you. We will thoroughly investigate your roof and associated flashings for water infiltration. We will determine the overall condition of your roofing and flashing materials. We’ll then discuss with you the various options, recommend to you what we deem to be most viable of these options, and educate you on the rationale behind our recommendation. Rest assured our recommendations about how to handle your roofing problems will be based on YOUR NEEDS, YOUR WANTS, and YOUR BUDGET, not our desire to make money. We simply don’t work that way. We quote all of our work UP FRONT, IN WRITING and await YOUR APPROVAL before any work begins.
