The only thing that i didn't like was when he sprayed the windows got streaks running down them good thing i didn't clean windows yet! But i guess that was unavoidable!! Comments: I had ants everywhere and called Prevent and the end of the business day in a panic. They came out first thing in the morning! They sprayed the house inside and out. Haven't seen an ant since. The serviceman who came to the house was polite and on time. Work Description: Duane inspected-sprayed inside with out harm to me or my cat and sprayed outside even around some of my trees and close to house-had wood bees he got rid of too..Steve and Duane both explained what I was up against in the future and wants me to follow up with him at the end of the month......
Comments: Very professional but also very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away..i have had my share of non cooperation because I am an elderly lady alone but these were both gentlemen and did not make me feel stupid..also price was very satisfactory for what was done and explained to me.
