Work Description: We had 2 mystery leaks, one in the Bathroom ^ one in the kitchen... They fixed the Bathroom leak, and looked everywhere for any other possible leaks.... they did the pressure tests and checked all sinks,etc. Nothing indicated any other leaks, Dishwasher is still a mystery as it corrected itself?? But the plumber was great, went through it all with my husband & I. Hopefully the problem is fixed as we do not seem to have any leaks now & the bathroom is fixed.
Comments: They were one of the best plumbers we have used. I would use them again if I have any other plumbing issues. They were not outrages in their prices & charged by the job not by the hour! That alone saved us money plus they were good!O'Fallon MO

Work Description: Jason was on time and went right to work on the problem. He was very pleasant and carried on a conversation with me while he was working. he even explained to me what he was doing and why it was necessary work. he answered all of my questions with confidence which i know came from his expertise and training. I would use Precision Plumbers again and recommend it to others if asked.

Work Description: To replace a Franke filter housing.
Comments: 1) Honest and Trustful: I spoke to the the service depeartment manager asked him if he knew my system Franke. He was very honest to tell me that he never heard of Franke, but my issue did not sound like a big problem. He offered to send service man look at my replacement parts and quote me price before the job. I know not many people know of Franke. It makes me feel trustful when he honestly told me that he never heard of Franke and clearly assured me why he did not think it would be a big problem.2) Good service: the staff was very polite, not hesitated to answer questions, worn shoe covers and picked up things after job was done. I like the way this company handles pricing which goes by project - not based on hours, then unanticipated events, then pick up parts, then more charges...
I will definitly come back to this company if I need any future service.

Work Description: New hot water heater.
Comments: I highly recommend Precision Plumbers. They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. They also went above and beyond to fix a pesky leak we had in our living room ceiling. I had been trying to track down it's source for over a month and they discovered and fixed it on the first try! I look forward to working with them in the future.-
