Work Description: We received a bid for a walk in closet with custom door/bookcase.
Comments: We were told that it would take 2.5 days to complete the project. On day 4 or 5 we contacted the owner, DUSTIN BELL, to tell him that we felt his guy weren't capable of finishing the work. He assured us that he had his best guy on the project. Dustin came out on day 6 & assisted his guys with the project. On days 7-10 it was obvious that the crew was incapable of completing the work. When Dustin was asked to come out, he declined and said we could call it even and he'd pull his guys off of the job. We went ahead and paid the contracted price even though the work wasn't completed per the written contract. Needless to say, we were not satisfied.
