Work Description: Hardwood flooring installed in kitchen

Comments: Alex came to our house and did some measurements and would get back to us. That was last Friday (11/27/2020)at 1pm. No word from him. I came across his number (12/04/2020) and talked with him said he would work on it that night....no word. Any idea what's going on or should we move onto to someone else?
