Work Description: Contracted Mr. Sims (PowerKleen Services) to remove existing materials from our attic walls, insulate, replace it with drywall, extend flooring to match previously existing flooring, and build a rail/storage shelf.
Comments: Just stay far away from this company. They are dishonest and incompetent. One of the main reasons we went with PowerKleen, was because he claimed to use all licensed subcontractors. The gist of it is, he went to the home depot parking lot, picked up some unlicensed workers, and proceeded to completely botch the attic, to include sawing into our hardwood floors while cutting other materials. The bottom line is, his work was so terrible, that I asked him to not return and we did not pay him the last installment. We are now finishing everything on our own. Honestly, if we had the time and the means, I probably should have sued him for what he did to our attic.-
