Our roofing subcontractor that performs all the work for us has his own current insurance as well. So each customer is fully covered by 2 umbrellas of insurance with our company. Our company has replaced more than 300 roofs in its 3 years in business and has ALOT of happy customers with references to back it up. At that time we will send out one of our well trained and experienced employees to assess the damages and let you know what options we have for repair or replacement. We will provide pictures of what we find for you so you can see whats going on with your roof. 2nd step is either fixing the roof leak or contacting the insurance company to inform them of the recent storm that has damaged your home. 3rd step is meeting with the representatives from the insurance to represent you in assessing the damage. Working with insurance for many years has led us to realize insurance is not out to just give away money so we make sure you get a fair shot at getting your roof repaired or replaced. 4th step is review your adjustment provided by the insurance company to make sure they included all needed items to provide a great quality job. Some items or mistakes can cheat the homeowner out of hundreds or thousands of dollars that should have been included. 5th step is picking out shingle brand, color, and grade. Also any additional work that needs to be addressed. We schedule the installation and complete the work.
