Comments: We love Perfect-It Painting! This family business made our house a home! My husband and I bought a flipped house that needed more work than anticipated. We discovered poorly patched walls, painted-over wallpaper (in 7 rooms), and tough to reach places to paint. Tori and his crew worked in our home on numerous occasions and were very attentive to our needs. The crew has an eye for detail and are very thorough in their craft. Perfect-It Painting not only accommodated our hectic work schedules, but they finished in a timely manner, and always cleaned up after themselves. Work Description: FULLY PAINTED TWO STORY HOME, BACK PATIO AND TUFF SHED.
Comments: I was nervous hiring a Painting Contractor being a widow. I previously had a Contractor take advantage of me, so I found Networx and its the best thing I ever did. Three out of the Four Painting Contractors did contact me, and the two that did come were very thorough. I picked Perfect-It-Painting and worked with Niki. What I liked about him was not only his reasonable price, but anytime I showed him a problem I needed fixed, his answer was always "No Problem". Niki, his brother and father work as a team and are very professional. They have done an excellent job and saved me from having to replace dry rot boards in the future. They picked up each night after painting, and there were no paint drippings on surrounding items. I also had some damaged metal flashing on my old home. The father went to 4 stores to get a perfect match. I was charged a lot less than if I had another Contractor come out and fix that piece! Who does that? A neighbor of mine is already to hire them because of the job they did on my house. I can't say enough good things about Perfect-It-Painting. Niki also told me to put tape on the areas they may need to touch up and he'll come back in a couple weeks. Most contractors don't care once they get their money. They are awesome! I would recommend them to anyone that wants to get what they pay for. I almost didn't hire Perfect-It-Painting because they had no reviews, being a year in Sacramento. I called 4 references Niki gave me and they were all excited to talk to me about the great job they did for them. I wish more people would go on site and write reviews.
