Comments: Pat was great - he came to my house to give an estimate for some other work (that ended up having to be done through the condo association). I mentioned that I had a couple of other things that needed looking at, including a persistent leak under the kitchen sink. He fixed it then and there by replacing the drain - something that obviously needed to be done. I very much appreciated Pat's skill and professionalism, and his cheerful problem-solving attitude.
