Work Description: Replacement of 3 Flat Commercial roof sections on the hotel on Manheim Rosemont, IL.

Comments: very professional. Service was the reason we chose this company. The are quick to respond to every call. We have many roof and have repairs on older areas a few times a year that were instralled by other contractors. They always answer the phone.

Work Description: Removed and replaced the roof on our commercial building. Replaced a few refters that were broken. Rebuilt the masonry walls and installed new skylights.

Comments: The workers were very pleasant and professional. Robert came out and showed us the work in progress and took time each day to explained what was being done so that we could understand the process.

Very professional approach and easy to contact. We have had several heavy rains since completion and there is not a single leak anywhere. Highly recommended.

Work Description: Skylite replacements.

Comments: The two workers who installed the windows were excellent. The owner however, does not know how to do business and talk to people. The job would have received 5 stars in all categories if it wasn't for the owner of the company. If you go with them, demand a quote before work is done so there are no surprises.
This client called us and asked us what we would charge to install 2 skylights. We were busy with commercial projects and so I, the owner quoted him $ 450.00 for both skylights. This was by fasr the lowest price the client would get. I told him to measure the skylight opening and order thew skylights and 2 new flashing kits and that we would come out and install them. he called back and I sent 2 skilled union rofers out to install the skylights. When Pat my lead roofer removed the skylights there was rotten wood. I instructed Pat to notify the client thaqt there would be additional costs to replace the rotten wood decking. Do not do any more work befor you have this in writing. We completed the work. Now the client wants to report this and give you the idea thqat the additional charge should have been spelled out in writing. I told him that we do not write up small repairs and items of this nature as a practice. We apologize for any lack of communication. In the end our work which we warranty is what the client has purchased. He paid the men directly. None of the money was paid to The Patriot construction Group, Inc. so why is he complaining about our company when he made no payment to us but will surely want us to warranty this work in the future.

Work Description: Repaired roofing above my son's room and covered existing holes that caused the leak.

Comments: The service was excellent and Patriot 's response was the first one I got when i sent out the email stating I needed roof repair. Patriot also was willing to come out the next day which was a real plus.

Comments: Importantly, I just received the visit for the estimate but I am impressed with the apparent professionalism of the roofer. He was helpful in explaining the problems with our roof and he took the time to show me the rationale for his explanationl. I will again offer feedback upon receiving the formal estimate. I am scheduled to meet with another company on Monday.
