Comments: Pat has been doing work on my rental properties and homestead for years. My wife and I appreciate his attention to detail and his work ethic. Always conscientious of accommodating our schedule and living quarters if he needs to work while we are there. Never had a problem with clean up. GREAT price for the quality of work.
